Can I add new goals once I meet my current goals?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it! Pushing for growth should be a continual practice with our Goals feature.

Are there notifications for goals?

Yes! Our Daily Insights Reports include your goals. You’ll get those delivered daily to see progress and growth. Also, on each metric page, you’ll have a visual representation of your progress toward goals you’ve set that’s easily accessible for your team.

How often is Purchasing Journey data updated?

The Purchasing Journey is updated dynamically on a daily basis. This gives you the most up-to-date insights on who’s purchasing what and how that grows and changes on a daily basis. 

Do you have Market Basket Analysis?

It’s here! Market Basket Analysis unveils associations between products. Particularly, what customers are buying together. Learn more here.

What if my subscribers have multiple subscriptions? Won’t that throw off the revenue and growth metrics?

No! Peel has a suite of metrics for both subscribers and subscriptions for that very reason. You can monitor the performance and growth of your subscribers or see how subscriptions are growing to account for customers having multiple subscriptions.

What subscription platforms integrate with Peel?

We currently offer integrations with Bold and Recharge. With those integrations, you get up to 40 metrics pulled directly from your subscriber and subscription data for analysis in Peel.

Can I still get marketing metrics without connecting marketing platforms?

We highly recommend connecting any and all platforms that we offer integrations with. This helps get the most accurate and robust data for your analysis. Without your marketing platforms connected, your marketing data will be limited.

What platforms can I connect to pull marketing data?

Peel currently supports connections to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Enquire Labs, Kno Commerce, Pinterest, and Tik Tok.

Can I segment by different time periods in Peel?

Yes! We have preset date ranges for you to choose from or you can set a custom date range for the metric you’re looking at. You can also choose the way your data is displayed from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and more. Our Cohort Analysis even has the option to combine Cohorts and look at larger periods like Quarters if you want to see beyond the stock, monthly view.

What if I don’t see the segmentation option I need for a certain metric?

The sky's the limit on your segmentation. When you set up customer tags or product tags in Shopify, you’ll be able to use those tags in Peel to get down to the data you need. The more detailed and creative you get in your Shopify tags, the more flexibility and customization you’ll have in segmenting your Peel metrics.

What if I want to see other metrics or Cohort Analysis for the Audiences I create that are not already included in the Audiences page?

Your Audiences become segment values for you to use on almost any metric in Peel. So, not only does Audiences upgrade your campaign building and retention, but it also upgrades the level at which you can segment your metrics in Peel - deeper than ever!

What’s the difference between segmenting customers in Audiences and another platform I already use?

There are several advantages to creating your Audiences in Peel. Notably, the Audiences tool provides a deep set of filters that will allow you to get extremely granular with the segments you’re building. Even more importantly, once you send those lists to your marketing platforms and run campaigns, you can measure the impact of your campaigns in your Audience page in Peel, which tracks metrics specifically to demonstrate growth within that customer segment.

What marketing platforms can I send Audience lists to?

We currently support Klaviyo, Attentive, and Facebook. You can send your unique Audience lists directly to those platforms to create your ideal campaigns. You can also export your Audience lists if you want to import them into other platforms. More integrations to come!

How often are Cohort Analyses updated?

Cohort Analysis data is updated daily for you to track growth over time.

Can I add Cohort Analysis to dashboards?

Yes. You can add your Cohort metrics to dashboards. It’s a great practice to create Cohorts Retention and Cohorts Revenue dashboards as both categories have a full suite of metrics to inform how you’re converting and retaining customers within your monthly cohorts.

How are cohorts defined in Peel?

Cohorts are defined by the month of acquisition. So, your Cohort Analysis will allow you to follow the growth trajectory of groups of customers you acquired each month.

Can I export/share my dashboards at all?

Yes! You can invite your Peel users to your dashboards within your Peel account, or you can use our “Read Only” Dashboard feature. That allows you to share dashboards with other stakeholders who don’t have full access to Peel but still need to stay in the loop.

Are my metrics static or dynamically updated on my dashboards?

They are dynamically updated on your dashboard on a daily basis.

Is there a limit to the number of dashboards I can create?

There’s no limit to the number of dashboards you can create! In fact, we encourage you to add as many as you need.

In what timespan are my trends shown? (Daily? Weekly? Monthly?)

Your Daily Report will have a mix of data represented from different times. There are 30 day stats that show you how certain metrics have moved in the span of a month as well as daily and weekly call outs depending on the goals you set.

Who, on my team, has access to the daily report?

Anyone who has access to Peel on your team can view the report, plus you can add additional team members whom you’d like to keep in the loop.

Can I choose what metrics show on my Daily Insights Report?

Yes. You can add goals to your metrics in Peel, which are reflected on your Daily Insights Reports.

How long does the setup take?

Setup will take you less than 5 minutes. All you have to do is connect your datasource to Peel and you’re done. We are a no-code BI product that automates your post-purchase data. The Peel app does all the work, sending you reports, dashboards, and summaries of your analysis

What support is included with my plan?

Email and chat support are available at your convenience during regular business hours for every plan level. Pro plan includes a quarterly meeting with a Success Manager, and Premier plan includes a monthly meeting with a Success Manager. Premier plan enjoys named support services along with custom business intelligence consultations.

What plan/features are available for the trial?

The 7-day free trial gives you access to the Pro plan, so you can experience the full potential of the platform. Work off preset dashboards included for your convenience or use our reporting tools to create custom dashboards in minutes. We want you to find answers to the questions you have about your business as well as discover new questions and insights along the way. We encourage our users to connect as many of their available data sources as possible during the trial to get a full sense of how much analysis, reporting, and visualization Peel can automate.

What about data security?

Peel applications are hosted on Amazon Web Service Fargate, which meets the standards for PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and HIPAA eligibility. We store customer account data in encrypted Amazon RDS databases and have an additional encryption layer for your data source credentials, ensuring that our staff does not have access to them. Additionally, with the use of Fargate, our application servers are not accessible to anyone on our team. Our website and servers use HTTPS over SSL (TLS 1.3) to protect your data. All files are automatically deleted within 60 days. By design, Peel will never ask you for personally identifiable information (PII) about your users or customers. The data from your account is only ever used for analysis on your account.

How frequently is my data updated?

Peel automatically refreshes your data on a daily basis, providing your team with an up-to-date view of your business performance and customer behavior. We want to keep you on the pulse of your business, so you can make dynamic decisions for your marketing, sales, and advertising strategies.

Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes! You can change your plan once you are subscribed by accessing your account settings within the platform and choosing the plan that works for you.

Can I connect multiple datasources?

For Pro and Premier plans, you have the ability to connect unlimited Shopify stores, as well as all of your relevant tools in your tech stack – email, SMS, subscription, post-purchase survey, and more. Peel is constantly in the works with top service providers in the industry to add new integrations to the platform.

How do I know which plan is right for my business?

There’s not a single, catchall answer for this. We suggest taking a critical look at the plan table and features chart on this page and thinking about how that information aligns with your needs. Do you need high-level reporting only to understand the overarching themes and trends within your business? The Starter plan may be enough at least to start. Do you want to integrate your email, SMS, subscription, post-purchase survey platforms, and more to have access to more detailed reporting and segmentation? If so, the Pro plan is likely the right fit. Do you have a need for more custom analysis and reporting supported by the Peel team? Or need direct access to Snowflake for your more technical and experienced users? The Premier plan will unlock all of that for you!
