How frequently is my data updated?
Peel automatically refreshes your data on a daily basis, providing your team with an up-to-date view of your business performance and customer behavior. We understand that to make campaign optimizations and day-to-day decisions on sales, marketing, and advertising you need dynamic data and insights.
How long does the setup take?
Connecting your stores and other data sources will take you less than 5 minutes. We are a no-code BI product that automates your post-purchase data, so once you set up the data end point we’ll start building out the dashboards for you which will be completed within 24 hours after which you’ll receive a mail from us with your ready-to-fire Peel dashboards.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes! You can change your plan once you are subscribed by accessing your account settings within the platform and choosing the plan that works for you.
Can I connect multiple data sources?
For the Essentials plan, you can connect up to 3 Shopify or Amazon stores. With the Accelerate plan, you have the ability to connect up to 7 Shopify or Amazon stores. The Tailored plan allows for unlimited Shopify and Amazon store connections. With all plans, you can connect your relevant tools in your tech stack – email, SMS, subscription, post-purchase survey, and more. Peel is constantly in the works with top service providers in the industry to add new integrations to the platform.
What support is included with my plan?
Email and chat support are available at your convenience during regular business hoursfor every plan level. Zoom call support is available on Accelerate and all higher plans.
What do I get in my 7-day free trial?
The 7-day free trial gives you access to all the features on the Essentials plan. You can try out preset dashboards included for your convenience or use our reporting tools to create a custom dashboard in minutes. We encourage our users to plug in all their data sources during the trial to get a full sense of how much analysis, reporting, and visualization Peel can automate.
Note that all computations are done only for the past one year data on the free trial, to unlock insights for your entire store data as well - upgrade to any one of our paid plans.
How do I know which plan is right for my business?
The easy answer is - check our pricing slider above! It takes in your average number of orders across stores and recommends the ideal plan that best fits your scale of requirements. The plan table highlights what additional features and benefits each of them pack for you to get a sense of how it can align with your needs. All Peel plans allow you to integrate your email, SMS, subscription, post-purchase survey platforms, and more to have access to more detailed reporting and segmentation.

Does Peel connect with my subscription platform and provide deeper insights?
Yes, Peel integrated with the popularly used Subscription platforms like Recharge, Bold, Skio, Smartrr, and Stay.ai to provide drilled-down insights on what’s working and not working on your subscription business.
What about data security?
Peel applications are hosted on Amazon Web Service Fargate, which meets the standards for PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and HIPAA eligibility. We store customer account data in encrypted Amazon RDS databases and have an additional encryption layer for your data source credentials, ensuring that our staff does not have access to them.
Additionally, with the use of Fargate, our application servers are not accessible to anyone on our team. Our website and servers use HTTPS over SSL (TLS 1.3) to protect your data. All files are automatically deleted within 60 days. By design, Peel will never ask you for personally identifiable information (PII) about your users or customers. The data from your account is only ever used for analysis on your account.
